At Sanacara Business Solutions, we strive to deliver quality solar and consulting services.

1. Cancellations

  • Service cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of booking/payment.

  • Once work has commenced (site visits, system design, or consulting), cancellation requests may not be entertained.

2. Refunds

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 24 hours and before service initiation.

  • Partial Refund: If service has commenced but not completed, deductions will be made for work already undertaken.

  • No Refund: For completed services, digital deliverables, or government application fees (e.g., subsidy filing charges).

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Delays may occur depending on bank/payment gateway policies.
