Payments must use approved methods. Prices may change without prior notice.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.

Returns and refunds

Sanacara Business Solutions strives to deliver quality solar and consulting services.

1. Cancellations

Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of booking or payment. Once site visits, system design or consulting work has begun, cancellation may not be available.

2. Refunds

Full refund: cancellation within 24 hours and before service begins. Partial refund: where work has begun but is incomplete, after deducting completed work. No refund: for completed services, digital deliverables or government-application fees such as subsidy-filing charges.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or payment-gateway policies may cause delays.
